That's Right.

Remember that experiment we all did in grade school where we gave the plants the same amount of everything, but talked to one encouragingly everyday?  You know, to remind it how powerful it was and all that it could do and become - to keep it clear and focused so it would realize it's potential,  it's dream? 

Yeah, it's like that.
